Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of armorwashes.com and any exterior cleaning services provided by Armor Wash Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, requesting an estimate, or booking service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including house washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, patios, fences, gutters, and related services in Round Rock, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas communities. All work is performed by Armor Wash Solutions or its authorized technicians.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information you provide and on conditions observed at the property. If actual conditions differ materially (size, access, severity of staining, or unlisted surfaces), we will notify you and provide a revised price before continuing. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our online request form. Weather, water access, or safety conditions may require rescheduling; we will contact you as soon as possible. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

4. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to a working water spigot and safe entry to work areas.
• Close all windows and doors and secure pets before the scheduled time.
• Move or protect vehicles, patio furniture, and delicate plants or décor.
• Disclose known defects such as damaged siding, loose shingles, or failing seals.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees and collection costs.

6. Results & Limitations

We use professional equipment and appropriate cleaning methods for each surface. Certain conditions — including permanent staining, oxidation, rust, efflorescence, wood aging, prior damage, and pre-existing wear — may not fully respond to cleaning. We do not guarantee complete removal of every stain, and results may vary by surface and material.

7. Liability

Armor Wash Solutions carries liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper prior installation or repairs, undisclosed defects, or failure to follow the preparation steps in Section 4. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. SMS Messaging & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email regarding your estimate, appointment, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Armor Wash Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
